The Purpose
The purpose of our STEM branch is to give youth a space to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on projects and creative problem-solving. While school may focus on theory, this category allows participants to design, build, and experiment in ways that connect knowledge to real-world applications.
Additionally, this category supports creativity and innovation by encouraging structural design, problem-solving, and forward-thinking ideas. Youth can investigate careers in architecture, engineering, or environmental design while practicing teamwork, critical thinking, and technical planning. By participating, youth gain confidence in their ability to create structures, explore new technologies, and apply knowledge in meaningful, real-world ways.
